When you submit an Alpine Circle application, the information is sent to CoChalet to review your request and follow up. The application flow uses CoChalet’s website systems and HubSpot. Booking a conversation opens HubSpot Meetings; email links open your mail application.

The agenda is generated in your browser; the agenda tool does not submit your answers to CoChalet or a CRM. If you allow analytics, the site may measure that the agenda was started, completed or downloaded, without attaching your answers to the configured events. Microsoft Clarity may record interactions on the page when analytics is allowed.

Your privacy choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Motion controls on these pages follow your device setting and can also be changed for the page.

Without your permission, the consent manager does not load these optional services. If you allow analytics, the site may load Google Analytics, Umami and Microsoft Clarity. If you allow marketing, it may load Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight. These providers handle data under their own practices.

HubSpot Meetings and email links take you to the service you choose. Information you provide there is then handled under that service’s practices.
